Today, after my final served breakfast, i left wonderful house in Kyjov and headed... somewhere. I decided to have open weekends - go somewhere and find stay for a night where the dawn will find me.
I got several places to go to - mostly castles and big parks not so far from Kyjov, and started my trip by visiting all of them. This was pleasant and quiet trip with just one sad accident: i drop my phone and crashed the screen. It's the second gorilla glas i've crashed so far...
First castle was in Milotice - something about 15km from Kyjov - big park, big birds are walking freely and people wearing historical clothes.
Second one - in Buchlowice i believe. In this day they had some fairy: people were selling different things, but mostly - wine and bimber. Didn't spend a lot of time there.
Third one was in Slavkov u Brna. City itself is quite big, comparing to previous two: it has it's own walking-only street and pretty big central square. And a huge park. It's really big. There are even trolley excursions every half an hour that will ride you through the park and show things around. Also there was some sort of animals exhibition. Cats were sitting in the same place with birds - it was funny to see battle of instincts and understanding that it will be impossible to catch this one.
I had also fourth castle on my plan, but i didn't visit it. I arrived into the city, saw the sign but didn't enter - was overimpressed with first three castles, so decided to get a long ride and relax with good music, warm weather and straight road.
So i headed in direction of Nitra - city in Slowakia that seems to have more than couple streets and might even have several hotels i can use.
Closer to the evening weather get a bit worse and it was clear that i won't make to the Nitra, so i selected closer city - Trnava. As appeared in the morning - it's also a pretty good place.
In gps i usually don't define the street when i'm going into unknown city - in this case gps leads me to the city center (somehow it knows where it is). It appeared that right to the point where gps has led me to, there is a HolidayInn hotel. I decided to give it a try and just ask how much the night might cost there for the lonely stranger. Well, it was just three times bigger than my budget: 75eur. However, while i was waiting for recipionst to get to me, i was able to connect to their open wifi and find cheapest hotel on booking.com. So for the time when i got the price, i already had reservation in different hotel that perfectly match my budget.
Weather was getting worse, so i didn't waste time stearing around and headed directly to the hotel. And timing was just perfect: couple minutes after my checkin it began to rain. So i was pretty lucky this day.
